Academy R.O.A.R. union training partners facilitate completion of industry
recognized credentials and service learning. ROAR offers a complete career
pathway model, including assessment, training, union placement, and job
retention support. These are not one time jobs these careers as union apprentices with
full benefits, pension plans and additional training. The Building Trades invest in each apprentice
at a minimum of $6,000.00
per year for up to five years approximately over 20 million dollars in additional
training.
